this brew is a soft, fruity, sipper. it’s got bigger flavour, sweeter aroma and rounder mouthfeel than its quaint 2.9% would lead you to believe. hopped with just enough palisade, mosaic cryo, citra and simcoe cryo, it has sweet citrus and tropical fruit coming in hot.

we brewed this one with a majority of flaked oats, which was a bit of a successful experiment and made it very pale yellow and hazy. science rules.
